Common questions
Does Cortex write the reply?
No. Guidance is authored by your team or retrieved from your documents. A language model does not compose what the rep should say next.
Can a rule reach anyone while I test it?
No. Test mode sends no alerts and fires no webhooks.
Can I fire a rule once per call?
Yes. A rule can be set to fire once per call. Two utterances that arrive at the same moment can still fire it twice.
Can I compare two versions of a rule?
Not at present. Comparing two versions side by side is not available.
Who can write rules?
The people your organisation gives access, such as quality leads and managers.
